3. Billing and Payments

In the event of cancellation, any work completed, including the current billing period, is immediately due and payable.
Omnivision Design reserves the right to charge any payment method on file to recover outstanding balances.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.
4. Ownership of Work and Access
All work produced (including websites, content, campaigns, accounts, access, configurations, and deliverables) remains the property of Omnivision Design until full payment of all outstanding amounts has been received.
The client does not obtain any ownership rights or access until full payment has been made, including any work in progress.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (including text, design, logos, images, code, and strategies) is protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
6. Modifications to Services
Omnivision Design reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
